All In-Person Classes Postponed - Livestream Available
Due to Florida Executive Order 20-91, beginning Friday April 3rd, all in person classes must be suspended until April 30th. We will update you with new in-person class dates as soon as it is safe and legal to do so.
We are now offering our classroom courses via LIVESTREAM so you can complete our classroom course from home! For more details and to Register, visit LiveLicenseClass.com
If you are currently registered for a class and would like to try out the livestreaming class, you may transfer your registration to an upcoming livestreamed course at no extra charge.
If you already enrolled in our on-demand online course and would prefer an instructor-led live-streamed course, please contact our office at (813) 333-2676. In most cases transfer fees will currently be waived.
Extended License Renewal Deadline
The DBPR has announced that all March 31st, 2020 license renewal deadlines have been extended to April 30th.
If you have not completed your 45-Hour Post Licensing deadline yet, you still have time. While we will not be adding any additional in-person classes before April 30th, we have a great self-paced online program broken down into three small 15-hour courses. Get more details at PostFlorida.com
Pearson VUE Testing Center Closures
The state testing centers have closed until April 16th. If you have not already rescheduled your exam, contact Pearson VUE to get a new appointment.

With the Tampa School of Real Estate, you have up to one year to retake our classroom courses. You may retake the course as many times as necessary as long as class seats are available. The Florida Real Estate Commission requires you wait at least thirty (30) days before retaking the end of course exam, and that you must retake the course in full before your third exam attempt.
With the Tampa School of Real Estate, you have access to our online course materials for up to one year. You may go through the course as many times as necessary. The Florida Real Estate Commission allows two attempts of the end of course exam and requires you wait at least thirty (30) days before retaking the exam.
We Offer the Longest that the Florida Real Estate Commission Allows for enrollment of course If applicable, a deposit will secure your seat in the class.
The remaining balance is due by the
first (1st) day of class.
If you pay the full tuition, no balance will be due
at the start of class.
Refunds for classroom courses can be granted for the remaining balance minus any deposit required to hold seat in class. Deposit's will can be refunded when a written request has been submitted to the administration office no later than 3 (three) business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) prior to the class start date.
